Race Sponsorship

An exciting and cost-effective way to promote activities or products and a unique opportunity to entertain clients and guests. Many races may be sponsored with complete packages for promotion and hospitality available. Arrangements are made on a personalised basis to suit each company or group's unique requirements.

Hospitality

Can be arranged for up to 200 guests, from a drinks and finger food reception to a full sit-down meal in the newly-built stands. Two marquee sites are also available and can accommodate parties of up to 300 people.

Most Hexham race meetings are carried live to around 10,000 betting shops in Britain and extensively covered by the increasingly popular Racing Channel; national and regional daily newspapers also promote the sponsor's name in their racing coverage.

Sponsorship is becoming increasingly popular so we would advise you to make arrangements as early as possible. In addition to race-day sponsorship we are also able to offer an attractive venue for conferences, seminars, product displays and promotions on non-race days.
